Patty and I want to thank all of you for the wonderful reviews! But, most importantly, we are elated that you loved the story. Although the book is a short one, we wanted to leave the reader with some thought and retrospect about their own family ties. In this day and time families not as firmly connected as they once were...we are such a mobile people and it is so easy to become disconnected.
