Well, I'm rather a newbie here too but I thought that I'd welcome you here and say that I hope you have a great time on here and get lots of writing done too! It's definitely very important as a writer to have constructive feedback to help realize the mistakes we do make and improve our skills. I've definitely gotten a lot better and much more aware of my work with sharing it with other people... it's definitely very helpful and fun too.
