Hiya Sarah..... This is most certainly a stormy version of a thunderstorm. I can see how even though afraid one is drawn to watching a storm. Myself I love sitting at windows just to watch the rain. I love this different perspective you gave us..... and how you likened it to the roar of your parents arguing... Wonderful write!!
