~MOON MADNESS~

In the chill of moon-burn
we lick the liquid of
our ocean's rush in the
rough-dangle of pleasure's play.

In the wild abandon
of our cares, whimsy carries
us away to the shores of
rapture where love rustles us into
a moon-madness of blue
frenzy upon the sands
of erotic torture like
a leaf tossed through
the rough winds of autumn.

Your body speaks in
meter as I recite the poem of
your language as it incites the
woman in me to rhyme
your pantomime in a
hushed release of expression.

I'm inviolate in your arms
as we lie couched and dormant
after a desirable night
of seashells and inflicted
sexual spells and when the
sun subsides to moon,

with a little pinch of lust,
we'll bury our toes in the sand
once more and rake our
troubles, paring off the hurt of love
and meet the moon once more.
