Hey Moonchild!
You know what it is with your poem that I got a good a hoot out of reading it? It sounds almost like a kind of Dr. Seus rhyming to it which, as a kid, I absolutely loved his books. ("Green Eggs and Ham" will forever by one of my fav. childhood books before I liked reading). It also has that kind of playful tone to it, like you're playing with the reader as they read the poem, asking them these questions, and I liked that as well. I don't know the form that you're working with, but this certainly a very fun read for me.
And with the question of whether it's a hand or a shoe, well, looks like a hand, but if it was a shoe it'd be a high-heeled stiletto. Anywho, great job and keep on writing away!
