Hey SAXONSHADOW - I reiterate KIM's "Wow!" - Reading your inspiration for penning this piece... It makes more sense - My GreatGrandma Sadie suffered from Alzheimers - I can totally relate to this piece, as it seems like the one you speak of forgot about herself...

Sad piece - Poignant piece actually!

One thing though - I think the significance of "sticks in pots" escapes me. I actually have always wanted a pot with sticks - so to speak... I've always loved bamboo and I saw the most beautiful urn (i think it was a wicker urn) and thought that it would be fabulous to have that urn with bamboo sticks and leaves in it. I think it would represent undying strength.

At anyrate - I enjoyed this read very much - Thanx for sharing it!
