"The Wicked Old Woman"

Are we ready for Halloween!!!!

"The Wicked Old Woman"

Back in the woods
near the swamp bush trees,
lives an old woman
that nobody sees.
She stays by herself
yes always alone,
The black swamp forest
that she calls her home.

Never go near
take heed what I've said,
Unless you are willing
to loose your head.
This wicked old woman
has a one eyed dog,
And she lets him run wild
through the thick black bog.

She's evil and nasty
and like it or not,
If she catches you there
you'll end up in her pot.
And at the end of a string
all bloody and red,
The last of it all
will be your head.

If you don't believe
what I've said is all true,
Then risk your life
in her black spell brew.
And if by chance
we will meet tonight,
I'm the shrunkin' head
hanging on your right.
