Biography: Jacquii Cooke is a 32 year old Black Poet from Oak Ridge, Tennessee. As Webmistress of Poetry in Color Forum, she is devoted to the more abstract styles, especially those with a strong feminine voice that center around the topic of redemption and righting the wrongs of past transgressions.

Not quite sure who the artist is but the amount of detail and style is amazing.

I think this one is my favorite so far...the canvas screams music I can almost hear! This is fantastic work...and yes, much detail. I have a friend who says they cannot see detail in this type of work...I wonder what they are looking at if they can't see it...this is great stuff!

Ya know, this oil painting looks like the great Miles Davis playing the trumpet to me Ms Jacquii!!!! I see the artist's name on his sleeve, but cannot make it out.
