Back from vacation

Well...we finally made it back from vacation on Thursday. It was great! We swam in the lake, watched movies and played with the grandkids.
I think we've decided I'm not much of a volleyball player, but hey, I touched the ball three times Wednesday night, lol.
A mosquito invaded my daughter's home Wednesday night and decided I was the one to snack on. That blasted dive bombing mosquito had my head under the covers half the night! Any body part exposed was fair game for it and it found my feet and hands too many times to count. I'm still nursing the itchy spots it left behind, lol.
Also, should anyone see a UFO flying over northeastern Indiana, I apologize. See, NASA uses my legs as a beacon for aliens to find our planet. I exposed them to the sun many times as we swam so they might be confused thinking this is the time to come.
The family reunion is less than a month away and I have a cross stitch project to finish before then but I'll be on here each day for a little bit until it's finished.
Anyway, just wanted to say I'm back and glad to be reading and posting again.

Sounds like you had a wonderful vacation, Gail! I'm glad to hear it, except I know how awful mosquitoes can be to deal with once they start eating you up. I recently came across a horse spray that actually works so much better than any insect spray I've ever seen used before. The flies/mosquitoes would zoom in to land on my horse and then just fly right back up again!
