Relationships...

This is my first entry but it is something i've been thinking about for a while and have discussed this subject with Kim (pd) a couple times. Basically I have been goin through this "bad luck" phase (as I would call it) with either a relationship I am in or trying to get into a relationship. I just am not able to work relationships out no longer than a few months or I can't even get into a relationship and I'm not sure if I should dimiss it because i'm young or take it as a burden because i'm young because most people tell me i'm young and itz not a factor but I think that is also the problem because it should probably be easy considering i am young and I should be able to have choices of who I want to be in a relationship and then on top of all that most of the cases either outside people or the girl says itz not me and that itz them which isn't the case because they are involved with people or at least have somebody like a boyfriend to be with and me i'm still single with nobody. Sometimes it really gets to me because I have no answers as to what's wrong with me. Any suggestions or comments???

Ace its not what's wrong with you, love is a constant process,
some people find the one they want right away others have certain troubles with it, another thing ace your in the majority, with your relationship problems, all I can do is wish you the best with it, and remember never to get too caught up, or down on yourself. |

Thas the thing though I just want a relationship right now, i'll work for love later once I actually get into a relationship....

well ace i'm in the same boat, really you have your practical side saying what's wrong with me, and your emotional side needing to be filled, Ace I'd say were both deserving of companionship, it just not an easy thing to have in this world,
especially in my world, everyones married or too busy, but ace man you just have to equate things out I think its much more important for someone to meet their own needs first, and then its much easier to find someone who needs you, and I'm pulling for ya ace |

Hmmm - I suppose I'm not much of a relationship counselor LOL - But I'd generally just say - Go with the flow... If it's meant to be - then it will - ya know? I think that's how it is with about anything really - and love... Well - Let's face it - We have $ of dollars being made... People are singing sappy love songs, movie producers are making romance movies by the truck load, condoms are at an all-time cheapest rate imagineable - and that's for the Magnums
 BUT! I've found out that this society isn't especially conducive for the "Let's fall all the way in love" scenario. Unfortunately.... People jump into relationships knowing that if it doesn't work out - there's the quicky divorce, etcetera.... It's a bit sad I think... But such is the marvel of the double-entendre we like to call life and the tongue-in-cheek double standard that we have to call American Life... So - I say - you have to take things in stride. Don't sweat the small stuff. If it's meant to be - then it will be. As simple as that  Jacquii. |
