Abstract

I'm quite excited... I acutally wrote an abstract poem. I've written poem after poem after poem and I've just been really inspired lately. I went through a bit of a dry spell but even when I was busy with stuff I wrote a little here and there. But, now I have a ton of beginnings for poems that just need a middle and ending to complete them.

That's how I write poems, well, begin to write them. I get struck first by like a line or two, or a stanza, I write that down as quickly as possible and then later I construct the poem and see where I can go with it.

Now, if only I could jump start my other forms of writing that I like to do as well... but I just love poetry, so I'm not complaining at all.
