Hey SAGESWEETWATER -

This is a very beautiful read - I love poetry that embraces the natural elements. But your poem entertwines the natural with the mystical - Love the very last stanza about the unicorn. Kinda speaks of just simply wanting to be one with beauty & peace, which are essentially the same thing.

Very nice piece - Thanx for sharing it!

Jacquii.

Dear Ms Sage,
Yes, these are beautiful lyrics to nature and that special someone. For me, the one word to describe this poem is "transcendent". I also get a sense of being one with your "Supreme Deity". Many mystical symbolisms in this piece that intricately ascend to your garden of Eden. I feel the peace, the tranquilness, the love, being one with her, with nature, and with yourself. I particularly love the following stanza as well as the last-------->

The celestial Llama
disappeared at
midnight to drink
water from the Earth
to prevent flooding.

Such beautiful "fluidity" in conjuction with such picturesque verbiage, leaves a smile on my poetic heart. What does the above stanza symbolize? It is magical! I am in awe of this piece, simply breathtaking Ms Sage. Thank you ever so kindly for sharing.
