From Clangor Clappers
Greetings Fellow Poets and Writers:
Although I was inspired by Dr. Suess at an early age Twisted and humours. I was also inspired by another, The great Edgar Allen Poe. His work is indeed a little on the darker side of poetry, but I really love his work. So.... I've written a poetic response to Poe's "The Bells" my very, very favorite poem of his.
"From Clangor Clappers"
From clangor clappers music swells
bring forth the ringing of the bells,
of Poe whose rhymings he foretells
from clangor clappers music swells.
In constant chiming of the bells
the ringing rhythmic tunes compels,
from clangor clappers music swells
bring forth the ringing of the bells.
Blessings
Sally
