Dreams
Swooshing around,
Twirling in your mind,
Thoughts are non-stop,
And sometimes quite hard to find.
You want to dream about something,
So you think about what you want before you fall asleep.
You think hard, it leads to
Something else,
Then something else,
Then slips away.
10minutes later you remember what you wanted to dream about.
So you think hard, and think...again.
Then you drift off, yet also drifting onto other topics.
Memories swirl around your mind at a speed no one can place,
Breaking the sound barrier.
Good
Bad
Whatever comes about.
Sometimes you don't want certain memories to surface.
So you push them away.
Something else pops to the front that you want to forget.
It stays.
Because you spent so much time trying to push away the first bad thought,
Your brain concentrates on ALL the bad memories you want to forget.
Finally falling asleep,
Your dreams keep your sub-conscience awake.
Ideas swirling around your vision and old memories swarm,
Continuing bad moments from where they ended.
Bitter sweet endings,
Just a moment of despair,
And you awake with sadness,
A sadness so profound,
Suffocating your essences,
A sadness too much to bere,
That's yet again in your heart.

I've tried to do that, enter a dream of choice. It never works. I hate it when I wake up from a dream and want to return, but I can't. Once I dreamed of a little girl drowning. I kept trying to swim down, but I floated up. Just when I was about to reach her hand, I woke up. I was bothered by the memorie all day. I wanted so much to go back for the little girl.
Biography: Teachers, like candles; consume a little of ourselves everyday, so our students can shine bright.
