Each day I have to speak to you, this act keeps me sane
I lost your physical being a very long time ago
I must speak with you each and every day this really helps me because from insanity I must refrain
Others depend on me so just yet I can't go.

Me knowing one day I'll be with you again, this keeps me going
My hope helps me cope with the severe loneliness of being all alone
If I have ever done anything wrong, I am certainly reaping what sewed
Without you, loneliness and pain have sure made their presence known.

In my life our memories of our life together haunt me
Always thinking of you, as I walk through the shadows of loneliness on my own
My few remnants of you are very special to me, see
They help me so through this life without you, that is so hard to hoe.

So I come to this morbid place everyday, to talk with you like I used to do
The closeness I feel with you, even at your grave, really helps me
I know your essence is not here, this there is no need to review
With those you left behind, I just yet I can't go.

So each day I come here rain or shine
To speak my mind to my soul mate I lost so long ago
So I come here each day even though I'm without you, I try to convince myself everything will be fine
I know within your realm, you also wait for the day I too can come home.
