Love is Cake

Iced for a party
baked by mother
decorations prepared
the night before.

A carousel cake
pretty horses going round
carnival music
from an antique player.

The monkey is dancing
children laugh
to see such a character
collecting coins.

Hats are in favor
cones in all flavors
whistles
salute the clergy.

Grandpa’s are smiling
Grandmother’s kissing
pink lipstick
on her cheeks.

I like the way you layer your images like a cake. I'm guessing the icing on the cake is Granpa kissing Grandma! Oh the dentures of desire you painted! Excellente!!!

Jolie - this is a really love-filled "mixing and baking" of the cake...I agree with Chicken about the lovely layering...very heartwarming.
