Echos
~
Oh, so beautifully sweet is the Echo’s,
Of nature’s symphony,
With the gentle sounds of the Flute or Clarinet,
when played in harmony ,
Echoing off into the distance, over meadows and lakes,
In the luminous moonlight.
~
But Love’s echo is so much truer,
And far more enchanting,
Beneath the moons radiant gleam,
As the piano, flute, and guitar,
Softly repeats the song of love.
~
And whispering softly, as we dance slowly,
A whispered sigh is breathed,
For the one you truly love
Then breathed back
By the one whose holding you,
Oh the beautiful sounds of nature
And Loves Echo!

Dear Bear,
Nothing is more intricately woven than a fabric of Love, Romance, Nature, and Music!!! Your poetry is beautiful, and reminds me of poetry that should be on the most beautiful Hallmark cards. The mental imagery you paint is not only so aesthetic, but so lovely, and real. You have a way to capture your audience with the "color" of words. Yes, you are a romantic. I could picture a handsome man and I dancing with nature, and ebbing and flowing with the harmony of Love's Echoes. This was fantabulous!!!!! Thank you for posting, as I have said, I will be watching, as your first two poems have gone into my favorites. I give both a 5 PD rating!!!!
Bear...it is great to have you with us...and thank you for this brilliantly worded work on love. I enjoyed your poem very much and the imagery it gave me with every line.

Hey TOM - as a classical music aficionado - I can truly appreciate your 1st stanza and the simile of the performing music trio to "Love's Echo" Very nicely stated.
But really the image I see when reading this is of one of Monet's gardens - beautiful scenarie - serene and peaceful.
