SEASONS CHANGE ~ OTTAVA RIMA

Autumn fades to winter then blooms to spring
and in between a tick shines summer sun.
The seasons change as fast as bird’s take wing.
Seems just as one begins it’s almost done,
then back around again with one more swing
as the hands of time are fast-forward spun.
Whether crimson leaves, flurries, sun or rain,
each season has a walk down nature’s lane.
