Must I now remain untitled
With no one to speak my name?
No one to whisper comments
No words that sound the same?

Untitled means unfinished
With one final missing piece,
Without the frosting on the cake
It would not be complete.

How can there be a circus
"Neath the Big Top's greatest shows?
How can you call a clown, a clown
Without his big red nose?

In all these situations
So many of them idoled,
There's no one here to speak my name
'Cause I still remain untitled.

OMG! Only you can bring out that oh so familiar Sally signature you have in your writes. That was so great! I loved it!! I love when artists scribe about the unusual, anomalies, oddities, unspokens, things we daily think about (and not think to write about) and life's feelings and things taken for granted. Your rhyme was dynamite here, delightful, whimsical, humorous, a little sad, made me smile, made me agree (and talk to this poem, and say yes, Sally, that is so true), and etc. You did that for me, as you do in all your canvas' Sally. I love reading your work, as I have said before, is such a treat on the weekends. Loved it!!! Beautifully crafted and executed.
