an expermentation with the 'coin' form

i have just been experimenting with this form and i came up with these poems,

Mouse trap

Maybe my babes a dreamer,
More so than I thought.

Maybe it’s my thinking that,
That shall get me caught.

Organic Partners

If my blue was your yellow
And your blue, my red

Then maybe we would kiss more,
And share our green bed.

would you say i have come to gripps with it ?

theres an explainationof it in the poetry technique section saying

The COIN POEM is a two-couplet poem where the first couplet states a thought and the second flips it, or shows the other side. It is syllabic, showing some relation to many Japanese poems by alternating seven and five-syllable lines, but has rhyme. The rhyme can be as rhymed couplets or merely the second and fourth line of the poem, i.e. ab cb or aa bb

thabnk you for taking interest
