4-Letter Word
They say the truth hurts...
But the one thing
That hurts more than the truth
Is a lie...
You wanna prove to me you love me?
Well prove to me you don't love her...
Real eyes
Realize
Real lies...
Loneliness doesn't substitute hurt
But sometimes
It's just better that way...
L - I - A - R
Love is not just a 4-letter word
It's a feeling... Liar is a 4-letter word
And a liar takes that feeling
And buries it deep
So you never wanna see it again...
Call me when u miss me...

Hello Rolanda!
Well, first off it's nice to meet you and welcome to the JPIC Community! Secondly, I gotta say I enjoyed this poem a lot because personally I just cannot stand people who lie to me, especially guys, so I could really relate to your poem and what you were saying. I also thought your title was smart and clever because it had me thinking about a '4' letter swear word, and instead it turned out to be a 4 letter word meaning - LIAR.
I love how you play on words with this right here:
Real eyes
Realize
Real lies...
That was interesting to read and play with the sound of how similiar those words were to each other so I enjoyed that. And, overall, I liked reading your poem. Thank you for sharing!
