Vivid images! Great poem! I found myself slowing down to read it, something in itself, actually, so that's good. Makes me think then.
I like the 2nd line: ...Your hands stroking my flesh with an artful beauty,...
Though it has a fantastic flow, smooth and luxurious, the first line seems a bit jerky. The rest of the poem is like my favorite pie, french silk! Oh, so good!
I've made a few suggestions, only to correct mistakes. They are in bold.
Every sigh releasing love to erase the bereft.
You have halted my tears and soothed my sorrows;
