Blossoming
~
I hold her gingerly
Tenderly caressing her silken flesh,
for she is as delicate as a velvet rose petal
I gently brush her soft lips with my own
Whispering softly my words of love.
You are but a fragile blossom
Waiting for the tangerine morning sun to bloom
With the gentle coaxing
Of my awaiting fingertips.

Hello Bear!
I believe that this is one of my favorites that I've read of yours. It's very sweet and I really like the imagery that you have going on too, with the tangerine sun to the flower images as well. I think that this is just another well-done romantic piece of yours. I do have one correction though:
for she is as delicate as a velvet rose petal
I believe you meant petal here instead of pedal. But, besides this, I didn't find any other things to correct/suggest and overall enjoyed reading it. Thank you for sharing!
