this is no faith heal now,

when the last crush has ripped the salts from my skin,

I don't know what to face now,
I'm trying hard to keep it together,
I don't know my own place now,
I'm a drop of light in Winter Weather,

My own lost cries lie,
dripping with doubt,

My sacred times are still,
dripping with doubt,

Caught on a line that no one cares about,
You made it contingent,
to hold on and care,
Your like my first breath as I was running out of air,
In the morning with you,
just showed me what I want to feel,
I'll make you my laugh,
with a bow and ribbon,
so I can keep every part of you with me.

Dear Erik,

I am quite fond of your Romantic poetry. It is totally awesome! What is intriguing is that it starts off a bit sad, and lack of confidence in love, then turns to a much lighter, more emotional state as you seemed to let love in, trust the love, and just kinda let go, and just feel. I love this, as I can relate to this oh so well. Continue to write these love poems Erik, as I to, would love to see a compilation into a book one day. Fantabulous!!! Thank you for sharing!!
