A Breaking Heart
My heart is breaking
for I am losing
a brother,
a son,
a father,
an uncle.
My heart is breaking
for my husband
is my rock
a strong shoulder
to cry on
for those comforting words.
My heart is breaking
for I don't know
how to comfort
my parents
myself
or my kids.
My heart is broken.

thank you so much nomad! the thing is he is not gone yet and not sure what will happen now. this was wrote to reflect my feelings that i have been dealing with because of what is going on with my brother. i wrote an essay about him also called rob.
