Biography: used to love my pen and note book, still do...nothing beats a poem written by hand ...on paper!

I am tired of the malted beer
on the high stools with your loud friends
laughing and poking at that football pub we go to every evening

I am tired of having a great time
of loving your company
tired of the excitement of meeting you
and being the bubbly fun loving girl you r friends love...

I want you to court me;

yes, in the old fashioned style i heard from mama

I want you to take me to your mama
to get you smitten with my cooking
to iron your shirts and polish your shoes
to make 2 little gorgeous babies with you

I am tired of being a town girl
of taking shots of tequila
and revert to a raunchy night
in the blue moon on your balcony

I want you to court me

I want to be the girl your family wants you to have
The wife you will adore
i want to be everything you want in a woman
I want to be yours forever

But first,

I want you to court me.

Take me out of the world we're in right now, I'm tired of the pub drinking, fun loving girl you and your friends think I am. I don't want to spend the night drinking and then make love under the moonlight on the balcony. I'm not that girl! I'm not a town girl.

I'm a country girl! I want to be courted by you the way my father courted my mother. Take me to meet your parents, let me cook for you, I want to have your babies! I want to iron your shirts, clean our home, be the woman your parents hoped you would find one day!

Court me! Let me love you!

This is such an honest poem! I'm afraid a lot of men would take off running after reading it, lol. Though, I think the ones who did wouldn't be the ones you would want anyway.

isn't that so true?.shall they run away? what a shame!Thanks Gail and misty, in every bad girl there's the little one that just wants to be loved...thats the one who wrote that poem.
