The title reminds me of words once spoken to me. And then in your work it is almost as if you wanted to be touched. Just not the way you have been. This was pregnant with emotion from the well of betrayal.

I'd have to agree with Jerry on this one, it's almost as if you want to be touched, yet know that if you let him do so he will hurt you the same way again.

Maybe there will be that brief happiness again, but it will be in vain when he turns back to his usual ways.

I know how you feel. You deserve the best!

I haven't been at this long but have to say that is one of the strongest poems Ive read. It seems if read out loud you would almost need to shout ( it would make you shout)..Hell I got angry just reading it.. I could only imagine at a poetry bar this would bring the house down...
It pours over my mind with passion and intensity..
