Biography: Jacquii Cooke is a 32 year old Black Poet from Oak Ridge, Tennessee. As Webmistress of Poetry in Color Forum, she is devoted to the more abstract styles, especially those with a strong feminine voice that center around the topic of redemption and righting the wrongs of past transgressions.

Hello!

This poem is a great description of ectasy with so little words to describe it with... which is definitely quite impressive and I think that you describe the essence of the subject wonderfully. I love the last line/word that you have "heat" to conclude the poem and that you finish with this. It made me think because that is the end result of passion and bodies moving together... heat. I love it when a poem makes me think after I read it and your poem definitely had me thinking and enjoying it after the last word.

I think that you did a great job and I'm glad I came across this poem of yours. This was definitely an enjoyable read!
