Yearning
Beneath the forest, I lay deep in sleep
and dreamed of faeries dancing on the leaves
that fallen from the crown of princess Life.
And feasting on the fair fruits of the Earth,
picked with the loving care of Mother’s touch
and sharing chalices of sweet cold dew
which came from Heaven’s teardrops in the sky
and singing tunes of stories in the past-
Brave Heroes saving all of humankind.
And this my heart yearned to live evermore.
