Jacquii.... this is one of my favorite types of poetry to write. I seem to go back to it a lot. Thank you, too, for your kind words. This was probably written four years ago and was about a time and a lover before my husband. I wrote it for myself and not necessarily to him (since I have no idea where he is... it's been 30+ years after all)
