The first time I laid eyes upon his face.

He caught my eye, he was aware of me.

I turned away and looked out into space.

And then I began picking up my pace.

I watched him walk away too far to see.

The first time I laid eyes upon his face.

I was most fascinated by his grace.

If you had seen him sure you would agree.

I turned away and looked out into space.

To say hello was surely out of place.

The only thing that I could do was flee.

The first time I laid eyes upon his face.

The next day I looked for him, no trace.

I wish that I could be more calm, carefree.

I turned away and looked out into space.

I will find him, go search, if that's the case.

I recall his face, his little goatee.

The first time I laid eyes upon his face.

I turned away and looked out into space.

Very excellently done! ...and what was most intriguing is that you left us with a mystery!!

...more to come?

That is what I was wondering too, if there was going to be more. It is nicely written, I think some of us can relate to this fine piece of work.

Thank you for your review and comments. Looks as though I will have to find this mysterious man. I believe he is hiding from me, so it may take me some time to find him.
(smile). but I will.
