Mysty,

I am very sorry to hear about your father. 73 really isn't all that old and it is sad to see a viable, loving person be taken down by such a debilitation. I can sense your deep affection for him in your words. I am not certain what brought me to write that poem other than I like to write of the emotional realities of life. Regarding your father, there is always the bright hope for tomorrow when he will enjoy a new life in complete and utter joy for all eternity. I believe we all must suffer some in this life and your dear father has more than hlis share right now. God Bless you.

Ron

Thank You Ron... I must say ... whatever drove you to write this poem...... well hon it is dead on and despite the emotional draw this has on me .... I think it was beautifully written. I do think you have a marvelous talent Ron. To make folks feel anything just from reading a poem is really hard to do and honey you have done it in spades. Keep doing what you are doing. And yes I did favorite this to read over and over. Also gave you an excellent rating on this poem hon because it truly is excellent.

*Hugs*

Mysty,

Thank you for reading my poem, Going Home and taking the time to respond. I had answered you yesterday but something must have happened to it in cyberspace as I got another mailing today. So.... if you get two responses, don't think that I am senile. God holds a place on the other side for you father. An life that is imcomparable to this one. Rest assurred that in spite of the difficulty he goes through at this time, there are better times ahead. I am so glad you liked the poem. God Bless you.

Mysty,

Man you are gonna think I am crazy. I see both of the replies are now there. When I clicked on the addy today it brought up yesterdays remarks you had made so I responded to that again. Now I see you sent two separate messages...... oh well.

this is a great poem. i thought it was from the actual person when i read it. it kind of steals the thunder from my initial interpretation to find out that it wasn't but, great in a different way that, it could make me think it was written from the actual person.

Hi Ron,

Well, I have just got to read your most amazing poem.
Its words strike me like a thunder. The message is so clear.
It moves me so much. It brings me to tears...
Your story reminds me of my dear aunts who went to a Nursing Home.
They hated it!! My eldest aunt was 96 when she passed on.
My younger one was 95. They died of old age, but they spent
their last days in a Nursing Home away from their own home.
It was devastating to me, Ron!!
Thank you, Ron for sharing this touching story with the world!!
Superb work of Art!!
RON, MAY YOU LET ME USE THIS INSPIRATIONAL POEM TO POST IN MY POETRY BLOG
FOR THE WORLD TO SEE, PLEASE?? I'LL SAY, POEM AUTHOR: RON BLISS.
God bless you, Ron, and those you love!!
Warm Regards,
Starry.
