If you find a wishing well

deep within a forest green

where elves and fairies dwell

but are very seldom seen

Deep within a forest green

ancient fables are held

but are very seldom seen

drifting for the mind to meld

Ancient fables are held

where dreams are set free

drifting for the mind to meld

believe what you can not see

Where dreams are set free

where elves and fairies dwell

believe what you can not see

if you find a wishing well

i know i commented on it on 360...but i read it again here and enjoyed it again...just love the visions brought while reading it.
"Death makes angels of us all and gives us wings where we once had shoulders, smooth as ravens claws."

Mike,

The pantoum is no so easy to pen...You've done a wonderful job and painted such a great picture as well.

Thank you all. What do all of you have in common? You are young or young at heart. We don't have to throw away fantasy as we grow up! We just need to keep it real. Andre Norton and J.R.R. Tolkien and Lewis Carrol all speak to me as well now as they did when I was young.
