Pre-Post: I know I have been posting a lot of my own work, but haven't been commenting much on others.. I'm reading a lot of it, I promise, I just never have anything witty or interesting enough to reply on..

Living Machine
By L. E. Evenston

Machine,
Living Machine.
Destruction and decay;
Wraped around the central mindset.
Struggle.

Struggle,
Living struggle.
Can't get out of this place.
Needing the daylight to save me from
Darkness.

Darkness,
Living Darkness
Working into my soul,
Not allowing me to live in
My life.

My life,
Living my life
is harder than it looks
with persistant trouble from Leader;
Machine.

Machine,
Living Machine.
Destruction and decay;
Pulling at the central mindset
Today.

And as a bonus, here's a little poem entitled "The Epic" (You'll see why it doesn't have its own thread)

The Epic
by L. E. Evenston

The Epic
The End

(No, I wont explain it. Figure it out for yourself)
Its not worth it if it needs explainin'

Very nice Cinquains...and I love the repetition that flows to seamlessly from one to the next. Superb work, CW!!

no comment on The "non" Epic...lol
