Night Flower
~
The majestic ivory cirrus flower blooms by night
Beneath the platinum crowning moon.
Shining radiantly as my wary sighs
Breathe cool tranquil air
~
Across the dove’s feathered wings,
Fluttering passion over the ravishing
Images of her magnificent love.
During my sleepless nights
~
A tiny multi-colored hummingbird sips
From a follicle filled with sweet pomegranate nectar,
It’s enticing succulent, mouth-watering
Kisses fade as the dawn’s cool light rises
