~OCEAN OF FIRE~

I'm a big ball of gas, ocean of fire,
lit in the sky by a power higher.
Try to visit me like the moon,
you won't make it far; you'll burn too soon.

Up in flames, I'll show you hell
but, you won't be back for the tale to tell.
Try to look at me and I'll blind your sight.
Your every day will become black night.

I keep you warm in summer skies
when I burn the hottest for your eyes.
Stay out in me too long and you will fry.
Red as a lobster, I'll make you cry.

No other star can reach my magnitude.
Try to compete; they'll see some attitude.
It's good for you I'm high in altitude.
If I got any closer you'd be walking around nude.

Only the sky could hold my latitude.
I'd crush the earth with my bulky longitude.
You can swim in your oceans down below.
Try to swim in my ocean; you'll be toast from head to toe.

I'm not friendly like mister moon.
Mess with me and I'll cook you soon.
Romance and lullaby's aren't my style
and if you could look, you wouldn't see a smile.

Let that cow try and jump over me,
no more white, only black you'd see.
I'm a black magic blaze and I'm hotter than hell.
Lucifer couldn't even handle my spell.

I'm a big ball of gas, ocean of fire.
You better keep your distance or it's your funeral pyre.
They call me the sun, sometimes day star
and you better hope I decide to stay far!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! This is amazing!!!!!! Loved Loved it! I teach Astronomy and Astrophysics and etc.....This blew me away!!!!!! Karen you have giving more energy just by reading this fantabulous write.
