School House Mystery –

Clumped in the corner, the sight such a mess,
Could the red spot on the white dress be just a stain?
Confess, confess who wore this dress?

They say he had more than one mistress
Then the doctor came in to medicate the pain
Crying, “Did anyone find a witness?”

“It’s just Red Polka Dots that’s what I’d guess,”
The detective was showing what others had fain
Confess, confess who wore this dress?

Next, a preacher ran in quick to find one to bless
But they all stood in awe feeling somewhat insane
Crying, “Did anyone find a witness?”

When a teacher walked by proclaiming a recess
The ring of a bell left a girl with sobs to contain
Confess, confess who wore this dress?

So tell us the truth now, please, before we regress
Or you’ll hear every voice not muffled but plain
Crying, “Did anyone find a witness?”
Confess, confess who wore this dress?
