Small friend
the world is in your hands
hold her gently,
while she's in your trance.

Each race,
his history, clay
a piece to mold
a sculptor's dream.
Jolie

"You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing which you think you cannot do." (Eleanor Roosevelt)

Powerful words! Sounds like an ode' to truth to me, Jolie. Wonderfully done in so few words. Truth is like that...

Oh Jolie....I am in love with this piece. It is the epitome of an artist's grace upon the media as well. Words ring so true, and are so innocent, if you will. The picture with the poem is brilliant together and adds to the depth of the poem. The brevity also adds another dimension and this is simply brilliant. Love it, excellent rating, and going in my favorites!!!! Love ya!

This is one of my favorite sculptures of Madonna and Jesus. The picture is a bookmark.
I keep it on my easel. It’s one of my favorite things. It truly is a sculptures dream.

Thank You Benny and Kim
I haven’t had many comments on this poem, and I think it’s one of the best I’ve written.
