The sea,
In all its vastness,
Ripples about & splashes,
Crashes, hence wading enviously,
Released in repetitions of roar,
Dark and still as black cherry Jell-O molding,
Wise ancient depth of mystery sedates me.

The sea,
With beams of light formed stanchions,
Durable upon the motionless body of said vastness reflecting,
Submerged activities of dark fables glowed amongst,
Such a mirage as dense deserves a walk,
Active up close thus energy surged,
Wondrous vision sedates my heart& nerves.

The sea,
Appearing peaceful and quaint,
Invitations to take my breath away,
Liquid mass of enormous capacity,
So heavy whilst embedded,
Under sparkling diamond sheets,
Cold & salty hugs soothe coarsely,
Surround my sunken person.

The sea,
Posing with hunters antic's,
Short winded as a camera man's tantrum,
Regretful of said parting gift,
Trickle down & gleaming brightly fading from my sight,
Flowed imaginable depths, overjoyed,
Everlasting vastness you've held rank reminiscent of images left.

The sea,
Keeper of tragedy,
Density of murkiness surrounding my person,
Tides of low & high working at all times,
Equal thoughts of the masses,
If said drops could multiply,
Intrigue notions to take my breath away.

Dear King ,

First, I love the sea, and the ocean! This is truly amazing. A masterpiece in your craftsmanship of your poetic depiction of the vastness of the sea. I gotta come back, gonna read again! Fantabulous!!!!

Ms.Kim...
Thank you for your heart felt comments...
It's ashame only 24 people read it and you replied!
Lurkers are the thing that I wish to toss in that sea!

This piece was written on the "A" Train in NY city!
I had to ride the train a couple times to get what I got!
The train passes JFK airport and at night...it's a great inspiration depending on where your head is at!
Thanks Again for the Love Ms.Kim!
The poem is about Unity...all as 1 like the Sea!
Peace & Love
King

Dear King,

You are making me want to take the "A" Train!!!!!!! Lovely penning of the Sea. I absolutely love the Ocean and the Sea King. Ya know...I am afraid to get in a swimming pool, but will walk right into the Ocean. Crazy!

If I were to quote a favorite line or stanza, I would quote your entire poem! I can actually feel your words, and they are brilliant. However, the beauty of your words really grabbed me in the following stanza---->

The sea,
Appearing peaceful and quaint,
Invitations to take my breath away,
Liquid mass of enormous capacity,
So heavy whilst embedded,
Under sparkling diamond sheets,
Cold & salty hugs soothe coarsely,
Surround my sunken person.

Just ...keep em' coming, and I see you have a part two, I must read. BTW--->Happy birthday tomorrow King!! Much Love!

p.s.----->I know what ya mean with lurkers!

This is music to my ears Love!
Thanks for the Birthday Shout-out!
The "A" Train isn't the safest place to ride but...
It becomes inspiring as I stated previously.
I look at this piece in awe sometimes...
shocked that I wrote it.
Thanks again Ms.Kim!
Peace & Love Sweety!
