Yes it is the way of a writer. The heart is indeed exposed for the world to see. Sometimes we must treat that poet/writer with great care in order to keep them from breaking. By holding them in our cyber hands and help them feel their needs are being met.
And other times we can join them in their words of wisdom and give them critque to help them become better than they thought possible.
