Actually - it's kind of interesting to see from whence you draw your inspiration...

This poem is confusing me though. "It's Allright" -- but the love interest seems so far away, yet so close. It's perplexing. Almost a stalker-esque feel I got when reading it. Was this your intention?

It's obvious there's a personal, emotional attachment. There's also the feeling of shadowed intimacy throughout. Reminds me of weird dream I had once: my soulmate beside me, yet I cannot see him. The feeling of love so abundant. I wanted to wakeup. The dream was truly odd. A kaleidescope of schizophrenia...

Anyway - I'm rambling. Interesting write though = thanks for the share.

That was absolutely the intention. The way I see it, the only difference between love and stalking are if the feelings are returned or not.

Plus, I'm a sucker for anything remotely creepy.

Definitely a thin line. But now I'm wondering if this poem is based on real experience....perhaps your own experience.....Is the one being showered with such enamored attention loving you back......?
