I look up from her book
and realize what my
secret obsession is;
hearing her sounds of
silence after.

independent foreplay,
she whispers the words,
I listen to her erotic
tutelage, and then I
instruct self-pleasure.

I flood beneath the
surface of her sexual
tempera.

each time, I am
stimulated more
beyond words.

an obsessively secret
world that is the
center of my creative
process.

I am living well with
my reverence for
simplicity.

she has a way with
painting with a sable
brush that goes
skin-deep.

she doesn't paint the
material of the sleeve,
she becomes the arm,
getting her love into it.

egg-tempera painted
onto a gesso-coated
panel depicts our
Renaissance sounds of
silence after, hanging
from the bedpost,
implementing her genius
for expressing pure, raw
sexual emotion.

She has touched me so
deep, ingrained me with
her own sense of the fine
power of observation and
presentation of the sounds
of silence after.

Lesbian sexual energy is very powerful. If you don't make it into something bigger than yourself, it is wasted energy. I chose writing...

You are a really good writer. I personally like the way you depict an almost kind of spiritual love and connection through the closeness of the body. That's the kind of writing I would like to see in a world of my choice.

I love this one, as all your pieces Ms Sage. This was sensual, tasteful, full of imagery, the references to art, the rawness, is all very unique, none that I have seen before. You write from way down within, and when your words are displayed, they are well fermented in real emotion. Beautiful.

TrueBlue and PaintedDiary...this piece was written for someone I cared deeply for...spiritually and heartfelt. I think to truly accomplish a style for poetry in which we speak of love, we must honestly be in love at that time in which we wrote it. Love is a motivational force that moves us from deep within and affords us the inspiration to write from raw emotion. I thank you both for taking your valuable time to leave comment on an exceptional piece of my heart in this word painting.

Ha! I am loving the sensuality of this poem MS SAGE! Seems we have developed into our sexuality with a grace yet unknown to many; woman OR man...

The Following Text Is Quoted:
I am living well with
my reverence for
simplicity.
Ah yes ------> Uncomplicated and unimpeded sexuality, spiced with a bit of lust-love, but always residing in the realm of respect for mutual adoration!

Very nice read - exquisite really!
Thanx for sharing it

Jacquii.

“I do use powerful words to evoke emotion, but also to stimulate imagination. If one can 'see' the words dance before
his eyes - then he can likely feel, smell and even taste them as well. And I do thoroughly enjoy really tasty poems.
My poetry is an emotions-fest sprinkled with a little garlic salt, Mrs. Dash, fresh ginger and Tabasco sauce...
My poetry is like a piece of General Tso's chicken tossed in ghetto soul.” ---
