--- So anyway - one thing I want to rant about now is the recent cigarette tax --- Cigarettes in Tennessee have gone up to waaay above $3 per pack - I think that's a bit INSANE actually... So I was surprised to get a postcard entitled Speak Out Again Unfair Cigarette Taxes! --- Interesting internet site: Welcome to the Philip Morris Legislative Action Center! --- I heard that cigarettes are supposed to go up to over $7 per carton o_O ---- I think that's OVER a bit of insanity - but approaching on SENILITY! --- I think it's like a sort of anti-cig prohibition of sorts...

At anyrate - below is the website where you can sign an internet petition that will be forwarded to your Congressmans and State & Federal Senators!

HAHA Ms. J...NOW you know you got it good! That is so funny!!! In Belize you can actually buy half-pack boxes, cause they are SO expensive...the smaller stores will actually sell you one or two cigarettes!!! or 3, or 5!!!

haha yeah, it's a little wierd -- they sell 'em around here for like anywhere from $8 to $15 for a pack, except on the rez where Aunt Tree lives -- they're cheaper AND there's no taxes. Not that I smoke -- I just know a lot of stuff thats pretty useless to me
