Hi...here is my pet turtle (Francesca) playing dead...lol...however, her underside is as beautiful as her side markings. She is a unpredictable turtle! She loves to climb up on the couch (I made an incline for her)...then jump off into a small tank of water! If you put her in the tank...she gets very mad and then she hisses...lol

She is an Eastern Painted Turtle

Hmmm- couldn't see too much of her - the pic is kinda small - but from what you say she seems like a nice little companion - I AM indeed afraid of her hissing though --- Thanx for posting KIM!

“I do use powerful words to evoke emotion, but also to stimulate imagination. If one can 'see' the words dance before
his eyes - then he can likely feel, smell and even taste them as well. And I do thoroughly enjoy really tasty poems.
My poetry is an emotions-fest sprinkled with a little garlic salt, Mrs. Dash, fresh ginger and Tabasco sauce...
My poetry is like a piece of General Tso's chicken tossed in ghetto soul.” ---
