So I'm sitting here, staring at my pen and paper... and nothing's coming to me. Not one damned thing. So I look through the Creative writing subjects... nothing.

ARG!! Why does this happen to me every winter?

LOL SEALIAH - I haven't written anything in a good long while either, other than JPiC Newsletter ---- So it happens the best of us!

One thing that may help (inadvertantly being a forum thing) is to comment on other peoples stuff and you'll see perhaps within those comments, a new idea blossoms.

ALSO - try the JPiC Creativity Outlet --- There's writing challenges/exercises that may spark your creativity as well.

All in all if nothing gets sparked (God forbid of course LOL) Then just enjoy the works of those sharing their stuff with us

Jacquii.

“I do use powerful words to evoke emotion, but also to stimulate imagination. If one can 'see' the words dance before
his eyes - then he can likely feel, smell and even taste them as well. And I do thoroughly enjoy really tasty poems.
My poetry is an emotions-fest sprinkled with a little garlic salt, Mrs. Dash, fresh ginger and Tabasco sauce...
My poetry is like a piece of General Tso's chicken tossed in ghetto soul.” ---
