"The Feast of the Leprechauns." (Chapter 3). Author: Stardust.

The whole family left to rest until the next day.
To their surprise, Grannyīs grandchildren had the same kind of magical powers than she had. Hardly had Gwynn enjoyed the hottest part of the story, when a golden swan entered the rear window and whispered horrible sad news in her ear: Granny was in troubles and her family and friends were the only ones who would be able to save her from a dangerous plight. The children had magical powers inherited from their own grandmother, but they were younger and stronger than her.
Gwynn, Hendel and their special friends were able to see, hear and talk to the golden swan, but no one else.
"Wake up!!...Granny has been kidnapped by the evil Goblins. Wake up people of the World!! Canīt you see what is going on!!" The golden swan cried aloud. He seemed very angry and went on saying: "Goblins and Phookas want to destroy our Granny and everything else too!! They are very evil creatures. Canīt you all see that?? Go ahead make my day!! If evil goblins are going to mess with me or with my friends, I am going to mess with them!!" The golden swan sword over his honour.
The golden swan added with noble wisdom: "Doom!! Doom!! Doomsday!! A very discouraging destiny we will all have!! Unfortunatelly, we will all pay for otherīs mistakes. That would not be fair."
The golden swan thought the idea of waiting until dawn. After supper, when mom and daddy fell all asleep, the swan and friends would be able to lead the children to the rescue of their beloved grandmother. The swan and friends had even a greater idea: to pay a visit and ask for the wise advice of Mr. Seamus, who had been the old Druid of the forest for a long time, and lived in the oldest tree there. The old Druid, Mr. Seamus, held the "Book of Wisdom", and he dwelt inside the oldest tree of the forest.
Capri and Sean set the children to sleep; after a lovely kiss goodnight, father and mother left to their own bedroom to rest until the following morning.
They all had a peaceful day and never minded what would be like next: an unimaginable nightmare that they would all be about to live, the feast of the leprechauns.
To Be Continued........
