Re: The Road Not Taken - Robert Frost
I think what's so special about this poem is that so many can relate to it. And though our worlds may intersect, our roads don't necessarily. All that "walk a mile in one's shoes" etcetera etcetera...
I know for me though - I feel that since my birth, Fate has set me on a road that many could not set foot on, let alone travel. I'm not sure if I necessarily chose it... Well - yeah - I suppose by virtue of decisions I've made - I chose it... Would certainly have been nice to have a "Walkin This Crazy Azz Road For Dummies" manual - ah...
Interesting love affair = fate (predetermination) & evolution (cause/effect) -- a menage a troi perhaps...
Oh yes - I've taken the road less traveled. But it has proven to be at least an entertaining trip
