Name: Traditional Poet Award
Description: Given to a JPiC Member who has shown a beautiful dexterity with traditional poetic forms and nature poetry.

-----------------------------------------------------
Please explain why the listed recipient should receive the award.

I would like to recieve the Traditional poetic and nature poetry award.
I feel like my work is truly in the Traditional form and in naturistic styles, which when read, captures the readers, and delivers them into the depths of the images I have presented.

Thank You
Sally Roberts

Sounds good to me - PLUS SALLY has actually suggested a poetry form be added to the Types of Poetry section. So - definite yes!

Why do I feel like a judge on America's Got Talent????

“I do use powerful words to evoke emotion, but also to stimulate imagination. If one can 'see' the words dance before
his eyes - then he can likely feel, smell and even taste them as well. And I do thoroughly enjoy really tasty poems.
My poetry is an emotions-fest sprinkled with a little garlic salt, Mrs. Dash, fresh ginger and Tabasco sauce...
My poetry is like a piece of General Tso's chicken tossed in ghetto soul.” ---

I think MS SALLY has most definitely earned this award, as she introduced to the Community a lovely poetic form that wasn't in the Types of Poetry section: the paradelle. A very interesting form as seen in her poem http://jpicforum.info/creative-tradi...rees-2102.html

Congratulations SALLY and thanx for being such a very inspiration Member to the JPiC Community!
