I wanted to introduce myself to this community. I know that I will be able to offer free advice in the areas of telemarketing and script writing. I look forward to sharing ideas with other posters.

Best regards,

Richard

Welcome! But um - are you a writer, poet or artiste?
JPiC is not particularly interested in telemarketers.

Anyway - we do have a phenomenally talented Community of writers, poets & artistes --- So enjoy & Happy posting!

Jacquii.

Thank you for your reply Jacquii.

Don't worry, I am not hear to call you during dinner or sell anything, just looking for inspiration.

I write so much that I need to feel at home with others that create and motivate through their written ideas. Poets are the best for truly expressing how they feel and how they see the world. People may not believe this, but making a cold call can be considered art if done properly. It is a romantic tragedy sometimes.

Take care,

Richard

I totally agree Jacquii and I appreciate your honesty.

The last thing that I want to do is start pitching after a full day's worth of selling and training. I am here to relax and allow my mind to expand.

I just wanted everyone to know that writer's come in all shapes and sizes. I may be a telemarketing professor, but I have written some amazing scripts, rebuttals and have amazed myself sometimes after I have spoken, with such passion, in front of 100 people to motivate them to work smarter.

The best form of education is to read. I cannot stress that enough to my agents!

Thank you for your reply and I plan on spending more time reading the works of our community. I am not sure that many people want to read my scripts for pleasure...

Hmmm - some do say my honesty can be a bit tedious LOL - But I'm quite fond of the truth... Anyway - I don't think we've ever had anyone post a script actually - You could be the 1st

Jacquii.

ps - We don't have a particular section for scripts - I'd suggest posting in the Inspiring Novelist section if the script is over 300 words - I'm looking forward to it AND again Welcome to the Community!

HEY!
I posted a script! >.<
lol. oh well. You never got to read it, MsJ ....but It was the spoof-script on Romeo and Juliet, but at Burger King :].
Ok, ok. It sounds childish, but It was fun :]
And yeah, as MsJ said, it's a good idea to put it in the Inspiring novelist area, as most scripts are over 300 words long

Anyway, I love writing scripts, but really the only ones I've written are ones for school and for church... I'd love to get more instruction and help :]

*huggles*

Hope to see your work around :]
