Again

A soft silken kiss like that of a rose petal
Exposes the passion within as two lovers indulge
In an evening of sultry dancing
Holding each other close our bodies sway and twirl
A soft gentle sigh escapes from her soft ruby lips
Followed by an evanescent smile and her faint whisper,
"Again."

It's a wonderful poem though - the word "evanescent" is just one of those poetic gems that always makes me smile.

I like the imagery of this poem. After reading the one about Spring, I can see why you won that award. Your poetry is excellent! I could see everything and was so jealous, lol.
